Reservation Sales Specialists
Book customized hotel reservations for our guests and up-sell enhanced features that can help guests stretch their vacation dollars and add to their overall experiences. Reservation Sales Specialists also receive inbound calls, during which the specialist engages with customers using a consultative sales approach to offer products and services targeted to their unique individual or family needs.
Customer Care Specialists
Work with guests to provide for any other needs beyond the reservations process. This might include handling special requests, resolving guest concerns, or otherwise ensuring quality service that is representative of our legendary hospitality brand.
We will support you in your efforts to meet your performance goals by providing full technical support, online tools and your very own Development Coach, along with seven weeks of paid training.
After your training is complete, you will have the opportunity to earn performance-based incentive pay each month. If you consistently achieve the top tier of performance indicators, you will be able to advance to a more lucrative incentive plan. You'll also have access to our unique benefits such as the Team Member and Family Travel Program, which provides reduced hotel room rates at many of our hotels for you and your family, plus discounts on products and services offered by Hilton Worldwide and its partners.
