In the United States, examples include industry-leading parental leave policies that provide ten weeks of fully paid leave for mothers, as well as paid time off for fathers and adoptive parents. In 2015, the company introduced a new GED Assistance program to help employees in the U.S. earn their high school equivalency diploma. In addition, the company provides 10-day advanced scheduling for hourly Team Members and continues to expand remote workforce opportunities.
